Devotion: Chris Guyer opened with a devotion and prayer

Alison passed out invoices for dues for 2012

ECCDA Conference:

Lorna gave a report on the conference with 173 responses. A summary report was given to each member. Excellent reviews! Lorna had recommendations for the 2012 Conference. Cherry Creek has been reserved for next October for the conference.

Treasurer Report:

Alison gave the financial report with about $9,000 - $10,200 with more outstanding bills from the conference . . . may go in the red.

Joy passed out attendance sheets and a sheet for members to sign up to host a meeting.

Elections were held for Vice-president and treasurer. Alison will continue as treasurer and Kelly McCormick as Vice-President.

Program:

Licensing Specialists Kay Mikus and Karen Rosa answered questions submitted. The questions ranged from requirements of Early Childhood Assistant Teachers to the 15/hrs. Of training. Volunteers in the classroom may not be counted in ratios. When in doubt, check the online website www.cdhs
