ECCDA Meeting Minutes – June 2011

Devotion: Joy shared a devotion with the group.

Treasurer Report: Alison reported that our current balance is $12,189.78

April Minutes: Approved with one change, “ECCDA Members need to attend 5 of the 8 meetings, beginning with the October meeting, to get conference discount. The ONLY exception is if you join the organization mid year.

Family Fun Festival - Saturday, July 9^th, Cherry Creek Wesleyan Church will be hosting a Community Garage Sale/Family Fun Festival. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go toward providing scholarship funds for low income Early Childhood Programs.

• Sign up sheet was passed around for ECCDA members to volunteer. Please get in touch with Joy to sign-up if you weren’t at the meeting.
• Donations for silent auction can be given to Joy.
• ECCDA will operate a Shaved Ice Booth and a bouncy castle at the event.

October EECDA Conference – Friday, October 14^th

• Job sheet went around again. If you haven’t signed up for TWO jobs and either set-up or take down, then please contact Lorna to do so. preschool@cherrycreekpres.org (Please be sure to put ECCDA in the subject line of your email to Lorna)
• Lorna also passed around a sheet of speakers and classes for us all to look over.
• 2011 Conference information will be added to the website soon.
