Approval of Minutes for November meeting
Treasurer Report – Balance of $13,482.25
- Annual Dues are due to Barbara (can be sent to her at 16037 Whitestone Dr. Parker 80134 ($35 for the Director only to belong and $70 for both the Director and Assistant to belong from a school)
It was voted on and passed that all Directors will pay a discounted rate of $20, get to attend two sessions, help with pre-committees, set up/clean up and help day of Inservice as needed.
It was voted on and passed to accept the new Membership Guide.
Kay will make up a certificate for 2008 meetings for Director training

ECCDA Director nametags will be ordered by Melissa, if you need one please let Melissa know ASAP(snownerds@comcast.net)
Lorna did an Inservice evaluation, there will be more discussion in January. It was decided that each Director will get a personal folder with possibly all of their school’s nametags and for sure a list of what they are responsible for that day.
Yes, we will have the Inservice at Cherry Creek Presbyterian next year on October 2, 2009
Yes, we will have a 15-20 minute inspirational speaker to start the day
Yes, we will follow the same schedule for sessions, lunch, etc.
