ECCDA Minutes – June 13, 2008

Meeting was held at The Elephant Bar & Restaurant on Arapahoe & I-25

Treasurer Report – Will be given at the next meeting

Minutes for April – Submitted by Melissa Holley and approved

Website – Upkeeper of the website was chosen. It will be Kelly McCormick’s husband Bill (he does this for a living). He will submit billing to Barbara four times per year. Melissa will give a list of what needs to be updated on the website.

Inservice update – We signed up for committees, if you were not present please contact Melissa at snownerds@comcast.net and let her know what you want to help with (one committee and either set-up or clean up.

- Shelly Raddick (associated with MOPS) will be giving a 30 minute devotional at the start of the Inservice and then we will go into workshops

- Theme of the Inservice will be “Handprints on the Hearts of Children”

- The registration information will be on the website by third week of July

- Each school will need to make three centerpieces for the Inservice (something with kids’ handprints – 12” x 18” paper with handprints is fine)

Please pray for Kim Wilkens & Joy Hettich – both had hysterectomies

Next meeting will be at 2^nd CRC Community Childen’s Center on September 19th
